The house is a ten minute walk to the town centre of Epsom where you will find shops and restaurants including Waitrose, Gails, Costa, Oliver Bonas, Caballo Lounge, The Picture House, an arthouse cinema and a leisure centre. Epsom has a train station from where you can travel to London Waterloo in 35 minutes. Epsom has numerous bus routes which end in Croydon, Sutton, Morden and Kingston.

It is situated only a short walk from Dorking town centre with its independent shops, Michelin starred restaurant and traditional pubs. The apartment is a calm and peaceful place, a wonderful place to unwind, it looks out over Meadowbank park and Mill pond. Boxhill, Denbies Vineyard or Polseden Lacey are nearby. Alternatively take a trip up to London, Dorking Station is a 7 minute walk with frequent trains to Central London.

Superbly located next to the river with pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and village stores close by. Thames Ditton is a pretty village located close to Hampton Court, Surbiton, and Kingston Upon Thames and 30 minutes by train to London Waterloo. Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.

Just 5 minutes from junction 9 of the M25 with London Gatwick and London Heathrow airports both being 30 minutes drive from the property. Fetcham Village offers a number of small shops and Italian, Indian and Chinese restaurants. There are a number of attractions close by to suit families, couples and individuals.

Plenty of shops and restaurants in the town centre and the charming Grumpy Mole at the Amato is a 2 min walk. Chessington World of Adventures is 15 mins by car. Free off road parking for one car.
