Our one bedroom ground floor apartment renovated to a very high spec, is set in the beautiful village of Shipton-Under-Wychwood in the heart of The Cotswolds. This is a homely space in which you can spend time relaxing or enjoying the charm of The Cotswolds and surrounding areas, be it walking, hiking or touring. We are 4 mins from Burford, 9 mins from Clarkson’s Diddly Squat and 15 mins from The Farmer’s Dog. We are lucky to have 3 pubs all in walking distance and a local Post Office/shop.

It is the perfect place from which to explore the rolling Cotswold countryside whilst still being close to the market towns of Witney, Woodstock and the City of Oxford. A beautiful late 16th century thatched cottage located in the beautiful village of Kingham. A two minute walk from The Wild Rabbit Pub and restaurant and also The Kingham Plough. The village also has a very handy village shop. Formerly owned by a London interior designer, the cottage was featured in House and Gardens Magazine in June 2023. A home away from home and only a short 30 min walk down the bridle path to the famous Daylesford Organic Farm shop, restaurants and Spa.

It is a perfect starting point for walking/biking enthusiasts with never ending foot paths and lovely country lanes for biking.

Perfect Cotswolds cottage for two!

Hide away in our lovely private cottage in Little Barrington! Though recently renovated, the cottage contains many original features and enjoys wonderful countryside views from a surprisingly large garden. If you can tear yourself away from the cottage, there are wonderful walks from the door and an excellent traditional pub in the village. We live 20 minutes away so can easily be on hand if needed, but otherwise its all yours!
