Cheerful two bedroom home with lots of space

Enjoy this beautifully remodeled home just 4 blocks to Harrison Avenue. This home boasts walking access to downtown and the Mineral Belt (a 13 mile bike path surrounding Leadville) and East Side hiking trails. Two bedrooms with queen beds, one bath and a large dining and living area. Enjoy a brand new kitchen with all the amenities. This is a great place to base for the Leadville race series or just for exploring Leadville and all it has to offer. Walk to downtown, the train or the Mineral Belt.

Grandpa's House

Walking distance to downtown, this is the perfect home for your mountain experience. The front section of this house was rolled down on logs by my grandfather from the East side of Leadville's historic mining district. From there it was built it into a two bedroom house which is now fully renovated for you to enjoy your mountain stay. Enjoy things nearby such as the Mineral Belt Trail, easy access to hiking and biking trials, and a short drive to Turquoise Lake, Twin Lakes, and Ski Cooper.

This private remote cabin is quiet & situated on 6 acres among pine & aspens, and is just steps from Ntl forest & a only short walk to fishing and hiking. The cabin is warm & nicely furnished & comfortable & clean & everything is modern and updated (wifi is 100Mb+). The patio and deck are wonderful for relaxing & watching the wildlife & sunsets. We have installed new carpet, paint, mattresses, doors, and furniture. Located on a wooded lot outside of town in a quiet subdivision. The house is 3 miles from downtown Leadville, 5 miles to Turquoise Lake and 10 miles to Ski Cooper. Skiing, hiking, snowmobiling, fishing, hunting and mountain biking.
