This unique 1 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage is one of our two homes on the property along the peacefully flowing Mill Creek. Take in the natural beauty from the large patio and hot tub. Inside, enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace, complimentary wifi and smartTV. The full kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

A peaceful clean home for you to enjoy!! We have a very nice size yard for camp fires and just relax in without any neighbors.Welcome to a peaceful country home in the middle of several very large ponds. Relax on the covered screened porch or the back deck for peaceful meals or just some bird watching. Not super far off the road but you feel like it. Road is pretty quiet and lots of wild life. Ponds and woods not our property so please stay in yard/ grass only

We are surrounded by farmland, a great base for family vacations. There is a grocery store, drug store, antique shops, and family restaurants 5 minutes in either direction from the house. Located 20 minutes from downtown Rochester, RIT, and the University of Rochester, and 1 hour from Niagara Falls, the LeRoy exit to the NY State Thruway is 10 minutes away. We are 30 minutes from Conesus Lake and the entrance to the other Finger Lakes.

Located 3 miles from downtown Churchville, you'll be surrounded by farm fields and trees in this peaceful country space. The patio is a great place for outdoor dining, sitting with your morning coffee, or enjoy a camp fire. Our Kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate your cooking needs.

Golf Course View in a Small Town Feel This beautiful Cape Cod style home is located conveniently between Rochester, NY and Buffalo, NY, just off from NYS I-90 Thruway. This newly remodeled home with a lot of updates inside out and amenities. This home is located a few steps away from Terry Hills Golf Course (the backyard is the golf course), Batavia Country Club, and a beauty salon.

The Carriage House

Explore everything Rochester has to offer from the comfort of our remodeled carriage house! We are located just outside the village of Churchville, less than 20 minutes to downtown. The house features two floors of living space, a full kitchen, garage, washer and dryer, and views of the countryside. Our farm backs up to endless woods with walking trails and borders a creek.
