soggiorno impeccabile posizione centralissima host reattivo, alloggio corrispondente a descrizioni e foto. è la seconda volta che alloggia in questa struttura che resta alla mia preferita a Pescasseroli 🤩🤩🤩🤩

La casa è molto bella, caratteristica e spaziosa. Il giardino con bbq è godibile e la casa ha davvero TUTTO quello di cui si può avere bisogno. Noi eravamo 2 famiglie e abbiamo sempre fatto almeno 1 pasto al giorno in casa e abbiamo avuto tutto il necessario. Lavatrice e asciugatrice presenti. Noi siamo andati nella settimana di Pasqua, il paesinio era disabitato, ma la casa si trova nel parco della majella e già da lì partono molti sentieri. Inoltre la posizione non è male perché è a metà strada tra la zona dell'aquila e quella di Pescara. Chiaramente bisogna spostarsi in macchina, ma si raggiungono facilmente davvero tanti posti meravigliosi. Il supermercato più vicino è a circa 15 min, il ristorante a 10. È stata la vacanza che volevamo, per noi è stato bellissimo!

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

Host superlativo, casa d'altri tempi da lasciarti senza fiato, paesaggio, scorci e posti da visitare meravigliosi. Consiglio vivamente tappa al ristorante Zarthman, mai mangiato così bene, cibi preparati con amore e solo con l'utilizzo di materie prime del posto biologiche di prima scelta e vini biodinamici. Una spanna su tutti i formaggi gourmet, gli arrosticini con carne di pecora locali e la tenerissima pecora dei briganti tenerissima. Grazie, torneremo appena possibile

La casa di Stefano è incastonata nei meravigliosi vicoli di magico borgo antico di Pettorano. La casa ha un affaccio su una bellissima vista di montagna del monte Genzano, accompagnato dal suono del fluire del fiume Gizio, nel vero centro della riserva naturale. La casa ha tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno fantastico. I consigli di Stefano su cosa mangiare (ristoranti del centro storico da raggiungere a piedi) e di cosa vedere, sono stati utili. At the entrance to Piazza de Popolo, this apartment welcomes you to Rome the same way that Keats, Gerte, Hans Christian Andersen and others entered Rome, with all its magnificence and history. In many ways, this apartment echos the grandeur of all who have come before it, while also providing the comfort and simplicity needed by guests who come to visit this incredible city. At the end of the day, you want a peaceful place to think, breathe, and sleep. The beds are perfect, the windows (when closed) keep out the city noise) and the loftiness of the rooms provide space to breathe. I know we will rerun again and again to this very special apartment—unless it is booked because of this review! This is a truly special location.

Stefano and his brother are exceptional hosts, always available when needed yet respectful of our privacy, striking the perfect balance between attentiveness and discretion. Their home, nestled on a peaceful hill, provided a serene escape while still being conveniently located with easy access to Rome’s ring road, making it a great base for exploring the city and beyond. The house itself was impeccably equipped with everything we needed, ensuring a comfortable and seamless long stay. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of amazing, and we truly appreciated their hospitality. Highly recommended.

Siamo stati ospitati per un viaggio in coppia con il nostro cane. La signora Ivana è molto disponibile e cordiale. L'appartamento era molto ordinato e pulito. Estrema vicinanza a tutti i servizi del centro.

Ottima posizione, centrale ma silenziosa, almeno a ottobre, appartamento piccolo ma molto ben attrezzato. Ideale per una coppia. Abbiamo passato tre giorni molto piacevoli.

This place was beautiful. I wish we had longer to stay. Surrounded by great restaurants and plenty of things to do. With the active nightlife in the area it was a little noisy but host provides ear plugs that work very well had a great night sleep without any disturbances.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Marco. L’appartement est très bien placé et confortable. Très bonne communication avec Marco qui nous a aussi gentiment organisé le transfert depuis l’aéroport. Grazie mille!

Host estremamente gentile reattivo nonostante abbiamo avuto dei problemi per il nostro arrivo. La nostra bambina non si era sentita bene. Speriamo di tornare in Cappadocia prestissimo

Eine extrem gemütliche, alleinstehende Villa mit wunderschöner Aussicht und vielen schönen Örtchen zum Verweilen - grosse Veranda mit riesigem Esstisch (ein weiterer ist im Haus) und grosse Rasenfläche (auch für Ballspiele (vorhanden!) geeignet), Grillstelle und mehrere Hängematten, grosser, schöner Innenbereich, super schöner, sauberer Pool (Anfang Oktober war er sehr kalt aber trotzdem einladend!), bequeme Sonnenliegen. Grundsätzlich ist einfach alles super durchdacht, auch in der Küche ist alles da, was man zum Kochen und Backen braucht. Sehr auffällig fanden wir die unkomplizierten und großzügigen Gastgeber (grosse Früchteschale, Wein und gekühltes Wasser bei der Ankunft, Kaffee und Toilettenpapier auf Vorrat, und das aus Versehen verschlagene Geschirr liessen sie gut sein) und auch Michela, die während unseres Aufenthalts unsere Anprechperson war, war total herzlich und dezent (war nur einmal da zum Pool putzen als wir weg waren). Wir empfehlen diesen Ort auf jeden Fall weiter!

Danilo ist immer erreichbar und kümmert sich sofort. Unsere Teenager waren sehr glücklich, jeweils ein Zimmer für sich alleine zu haben. Und das Highlight sind natürlich die Schildkröten und der tolle Garten. Die Villa ist zwar schon etwas älter, aber mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, besonders die Galerie ist außergewöhnlich.

Janet and Nicholas are exceptional hosts :) responsive and very kind, it was a pleasure to communicate with both of them. I must also add their property management company is fantastic, we had the pleasure of meeting 2 lovely gentlemen. Top service from everyone. Thank you :)) The day we arrived my first thought was ~ what an immaculate property! The outside has such stunning views of Todi and the surrounding hills, the pool and gardens are truly beautiful, you can tell everything was done with such thought and care. The gorgeous kitchen and outside wood burning grill were our favorite part! Evenings with the sun setting were truly special. Their home is exceptional. We will treasure our week long stay :)

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen – die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und jeder Zeit erreichbar. Die Villa selbst war groß, sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Besonders war der gute WLAN und die ruhige, dennoch gut angebundene Lage – nur ca. 30 Minuten von Rom entfernt. Ein echtes Highlight waren die umliegenden Restaurants, die authentisch und nicht touristisch sind – perfekt, um die italienische Küche wie die Einheimischen zu genießen. Praktisch war auch der 24-Stunden-Supermarkt, nur eine Minute mit dem Auto oder fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen – ideal für alle, die Rom erkunden möchten und dabei nicht auf Komfort und Ruhe verzichten.

Renato è stato molto disponibile, il suo alloggio molto spazioso è ben posizionato e in una zona molto tranquilla. Ideale per gruppi o famiglie anche numerose!

We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.

5 Sterne, auch wenn es ein paar Anregungen gibt: wir waren zum mobilen Arbeiten mit unserer 12jährigen Tochter für 10 Tage dort. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause, die untere Etage mit Schlaf-, Wohnzimmer, Dusche/Bad/Wc ist perfekt fürs Kind mit Wunsch nach etwas Raum für sich. Küche war toll eingerichtet, generell alles sauber und die Panoramascheiben im WZ sind fantastisch, und danke für die Moskitonetze. kleine Anregungen: - im Duschraum oben hinten fangen die Fugen an zu schimmeln...jetzt kann man noch alles in den Griff bekommen - das Zimmer unten (ausgerechnet) hat kein TV. Die TV in den oberen Schlafzimmern sind defekt und der im WZ zeigt keine deutschen Sender. Wir kamen die 10 Tage ohne aus, aber es wäre schön, zumindest mal ARD/ZDF schauen zu können - das Bücherboard hat nicht ein deutsches (Jugendbuch), schade - grösstes Manko, das WLAN ist mit ca 3Mbit/0,6Mbit am optimalen Sitzplatz im WZ zu langsam um ausreichend arbeiten, geschweigedenn Filme streamen zu können...
