We truly enjoyed our stay at Tam’s place. The location was perfect for us and we felt right at home. The furnishings and decor were nice and we appreciated having a kitchen, washer/dryer and outdoor space for our two kids to run around in. Thanks, Tam!

사랑스러운 방에서 완벽한 휴가를 보냈습니다! 윌슨은 전기 차단기가 내려가는 작은 문제도 적극적으로 도와주었고, 모든 것들이 잘 준비되어 있었습니다. 특히 건조기와 세탁기가 있어서 매우 편리하게 여행 중 세탁을 했습니다. 뉴욕 맨하튼까지 평일에는 통근버스가 있어 편리하게 이동이 가능하지만, 저희처럼 차가 없는 경우에는 대중교통만으로 이용하기 조금 먼 감이 있습니다. 그렇지만 차가 있거나 시간 여유가 있다면 이 숙소를 추천하지 않을 이유가 없습니다!! 윌슨씨 감사합니다!!

Stayed at this Airbnb and was thoroughly satisfied with the experience. The apartment was both clean and comfortable, meeting all my expectations. The host was commendable for their easygoing communication and supportive attitude, making the stay hassle-free.

One of the best feelings when you are traveling is staying in a place that you can count on every time. We have stayed at Dr. K's place multiple times, sometimes in the first floor apartment and sometimes in both when we are traveling with family. The apartments are always top notch: spotlessly clean, comfortable and convenient to our family in Wilmington. We always feel at home and enjoy the respite from our busy visiting days. The kitchen is equipped with everything we need and the living and bed rooms are very comfortable. And Dr. K. is extremely helpful and communicative. We cannot imagine staying anywhere else. In fact, we check for availability at Dr. K's before planning our trips. Highest recommendation!

I booked this place for a weekend trip for a group of 6 friends. We really loved how spacious the apartment was - the 3 beds, and 3 full baths were perfect. The living room and kitchen were so open, fully stocked, and we loved the natural light and high ceilings. The location of the apartment was great for walking to Chinatown and Old City. Yoseph was a wonderful host as he was super responsive to questions and checking in during our stay. Check-in and check-out were both super easy. All in all, would highly recommend staying here!

Ivy's place is on a quiet street within easy walking distance of Drexel and UPenn. She was a gracious host and very quick to respond to our inquiries. The house itself was immaculate and very comfortable. We enjoyed time sitting in the beautiful garden in the backyard too. We hope to stay again!

We loved our extended stay here. Bare bones house but exactly what was pictured. The shower in the en-suite is fantastic. I would only change the window treatments in the main bedroom they are too small to actually block the sun. Also the pool table is not full size and there are no tables to put drinks on etc. bring your own mugs too. All in all we had a good time and would stay here again. Thank you!

very nice house, bathrooms were a little small, but definitely clean. it is an older house, so lots of squeaking going on, but it kinda made for the whole older house experience. would definitely stay there again!

Dawn is an excellent Host and was always responsive to all my questions. House was clean. We had everything needed for our stay. Place is overall comfy and cozy. Location was great for all places we went!

This was our first time as a family taking a NYC trip. Staying right in the city was extremely expensive so we considered being on the other side of the river. It worked out well. Olga’s son Hirian helped us as Olga was in FL. Hirian could not have been more friendly and helpful. Apartment is as described and had plenty of room for all of us. The 2 bathrooms really made a difference with 3 kids and all of needing to shower after a long day in the city. Apartment is right on the bus route for the city. Hirian is always available for any questions. Only X factor is parking but there a lot close by. You just need to keep paying on the app. If you are looking for a great place to stay this is a great choice!

Our stay at The Home Away was nothing short of fantastic. On arrival, we had the pleasure of meeting Ricardo, who gave us a bunch of local recommendations as well as how to get into the city, etc. Our hosts were wonderful and really made us feel welcome as it was our first time visiting New York. The apartment itself is amazing, very clean and spacious, with some of the best views of the New York skyline you're likely to find. The area felt very peaceful and safe, far enough out of the hustle and bustle of the city while still feeling very connected to it. The location was incredibly convenient; the bus stop just outside the apartment has very frequent services that get you into Manhattan in less than 15 minutes. There is also a ferry port within walking distance that runs over to Manhattan every 20 minutes. There were plenty of shops and restaurants around the apartment, so you don't need to venture too far. Overall, our stay was 10/10 and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in NYC.

Hoboken est un quartier très agréable et accessible depuis NY. Nous avons adoré l’environnement, l’ambiance et la magnifique vue sur Manhattan depuis la Corniche. L’appartement est très agréable, très joliment aménagé et décoré. Une découverte de NY dans les meilleures conditions. Merci !

The condo was very clean and updated. It was exactly as described/shown in the pictures with an amazing view. Location is in a nice quiet area and has the supermarket/restaurants right down the road. Roger was very responsive and the check in and out process was very easy with the instructions he provided. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to staying here again!
