The kitchen has the essentials you need to cook up a gourmet meal or midnight snacks! And you may even find a retro Nintendo game or 5! Did we mention you have the whole 2nd floor to yourselves? Room darkening shades, lux linens and sound machines!

Lovely condo with pool near KU

Our condo is located very close to KU and city bus. There is an on-site swimming pool and one assigned covered parking stall. This is a ground floor unit with a small set of stairs to access the front door. There is a public golf course right next to the complex. A washer and dryer in the unit, along with some personal hygiene products.

The Bait Shop, close to KU and downtown!

The bait shop is a private, separate house, with its own entry and parking. It’s very cozy and quiet. It’s a short walk south to the KU stadium, and a ten-minute walk to lovely downtown Lawrence. The house is perfect for a single person or couple. We recently added an outdoor patio area with a barbecue grill for your enjoyment!
