Nuestro apartamento es ideal para parejas o viajeros solitarios. Dispone de una magnífica terraza privada, soleada y silenciosa, que vuela sobre los tejados del casco histórico de Madrid, con impresionantes vistas hasta el horizonte. Está situado en el cosmopolita barrio de Lavapiés, en una calle sin tráfico ni comercios, un oasis de tranquilidad en el bullicioso barrio. Su céntrica ubicación lo hace perfecto para recorrer Madrid paseando tranquilamente, sin necesidad de transporte público.

Hip, bright & comfy flat in vibrant central Madrid

My comfortable apartment in central Madrid is on a fairly quiet street, shopping & art museums are close. Good for couples, friends/small family and conveniently located for walking the city. Only 4 minute walk from two metro stations, easy walking to the galleries, markets, parks, and is in a diverse neighbourhood. Our apartment is recently refurbished, a quality mix of vintage & retro with everything you need for a cosy stay. The apartment has a fully functioning kitchen & Air-con.

Magnificent 45 square meter apartment in the heart of Madrid. The living room has three balconies overlooking the street that provide great brightness to the flat. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a work desk.
