Bienvenue chez nous. Gîte Castellaneta is over 500 years old but has been remodeled many times since it was first built. We just did it again in 2019! It's a cute little medieval 2 bedroom house. The master has a king bed and the front bedroom has 2 twins which can be reconfigured as a super king. Both have new en-suite bathrooms and the downstairs has been completely remodeled with kitchen, dining & sitting areas plus a WC and washer. And there's a lovely, intimate private courtyard.

Ground floor: large fitted kitchen, 2 living rooms with direct access to the garden, bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, one of which is en suite, a separate bathroom and a work area. Relax in this calm, stylish space. This space is ideal for two, maybe a third person or child in the small second bedroom. There is a pool to the rear of the property that is shared with the owners. Only 10 minutes from the famous medieval town of Eymet and 2 minutes from beautiful lauzun, Lavande is the perfect escape. Lauzun has a small supermarket, restaurants and bars as well as a baker, butcher and pharmacist Eymet has plenty of places to eat or drink.
