A Little Luxury Home in the Center of Eymet

Bienvenue chez nous. Gîte Castellaneta is over 500 years old but has been remodeled many times since it was first built. We just did it again in 2019! It's a cute little medieval 2 bedroom house. The master has a king bed and the front bedroom has 2 twins which can be reconfigured as a super king. Both have new en-suite bathrooms and the downstairs has been completely remodeled with kitchen, dining & sitting areas plus a WC and washer. And there's a lovely, intimate private courtyard.

Cet appartement tout équipé vous permettra de profiter lors de votre séjour des activités du château ouvert à la visite (labyrinthe, escape game, jeux, animaux ...) Idéalement situé, le château de BRIDOIRE est situé à 12km de bergerac et 5 km de Monbazillac. L'appartement dispose de 2 chambres, 1 salle de bain spacieuse et un coin salon / cuisine ouverte. Vue imprenable sur le château !

This charming little traditional stone house is very cosy, comfortable while being sober and ecological in the same time. I am happy to share it with travelers who appreciate simplicity and proximity to nature. The house is equipped with a very good wood stove, with exposed beams on the ceiling and terracotta tiles on the floor. The house is hot and cosy in winter, and cool in summer (Possibility to pick you up at the train station or airport for small extra fees)

Vous pourrez apprécier les produits locaux et artisanaux qui font la richesse de notre région grâce aux marchés de jour et nocturnes et les producteurs à la ferme.

Lavande

Relax in this calm, stylish space. This space is ideal for two, maybe a third person or child in the small second bedroom. There is a pool to the rear of the property that is shared with the owners. Only 10 minutes from the famous medieval town of Eymet and 2 minutes from beautiful lauzun, Lavande is the perfect escape. Lauzun has a small supermarket, restaurants and bars as well as a baker, butcher and pharmacist Eymet has plenty of places to eat or drink.
