Houten vloeren, een moderne keuken, een privé sauna in de badkamer en 2 2-persoons slaapkamers op de begane grond met uitstekende bedden geven sfeer en luxe. De ruime woonkamer met riante Chesterfield bank kijkt uit op het Winsumerdiep. Onderdendam is een prachtig dorp op 12 km van de stad Groningen en heeft een beschermd dorpsgezicht. Onze 2-pers. Canadese kano en onze 3 fietsen zijn voor een schappelijke prijs te huur.

A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

De woning waar vroeger de boer met zijn gezin woonde is omgebouwd tot een comfortabel appartement met beneden een ruime living en open keuken, met uitzicht over de weilanden en het terpkerkje van Wanswert. Het appartement is in persoonlijke stijl en compleet ingericht. Waar mogelijk hebben wij tweede kans meubels gebruikt. Samen met de piano en comfortabele houtkachel ontstaat een fijn woonklimaat. Het appartement heeft een gezellige eigen tuin rondom, een eigen voordeur en veel privacy.

Come and spend the night in my spacious ground floor apartment dating from 1906 with French doors facing the garden! The apartment has its own toilet/shower and a small kitchen. You have a choice of beds, a comfortable queen size bed, single bed, loft bed and a sofa bed. The city center is close by, just like the museum and central train station. Don't hesitate to ask if you require a child's bed, or if you want to bring your dog; nearly everything is possible!

Paesens Moddergat is een van de mooiste plekjes van Nederland, ligt 10 minuten rijden van het Nationaal Park Lauwersmeer en 10 minuten van het elfstedenplaats Dokkum. Activiteiten: wadlopen of zwerftochten ( zie Oan e'dyk) dagje Ameland, dagje Schiermonnikoog, vis eten in de visserij haven van Lauwersoog, zeehonden tochten. Ook zeer geschikt voor vogelspotters (zie natuur fotografie Lauwersmeer) welke vogels in en rond het Lauwersmeer leven.
