5 year old detached guest house in Laurelhurst/North Tabor. Bright and spacious with vaulted cedar ceilings. Modern Industrial style with many eco-friendly features such as mini-split heat/ac, tankless water heater, and all-natural fiber area rugs and linens means fewer toxins and a low carbon footprint. Situated near Laurelhurst and Mount Tabor parks with restaurants and amenities nearby. We are also pet friendly and allow well-behaved dogs on leashes for a $30 fee per dog, per visit.

A penthouse studio in one of Portland's amazing spots! Private entrance, large deck, and kitchenette! Whether you're visiting the city, here on business or visiting family, our spot is perfect. We are one block from everything: eateries, cafes - minutes from Mt. Tabor and just over the bridge from downtown. Please read house rules before booking. Sounds carry in our old house. We ask everyone to please be aware that although the space is a private space, you’re still in a home with kids.

We're a short walk to the best of historic Southeast Portland--Belmont, Stark, Burnside, Hawthorne, and Division streets. Many of Portland’s beloved restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, along with towering pines and spring-fed pond of Laurelhurst Park, are just around the corner. Enjoy the garden patio for morning coffee or drinks at night.

Tall windows overlook greenery and a cozy porch. Our family's 1900 house has been divided into separate apartments. Its like an artsy hotel room, but much more homey!

Oak St. Cottage with outdoor cedar sauna is a newly renovated urban oasis centrally located in Southeast Portland just steps from Restaurant Row, Whole Foods, Tri-Met Bus and Laurelhurst Park. Set back from the main house, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the modern cottage offers easy access to all Portland has to offer. When you are ready to relax, the private outdoor sauna and shower are waiting for you. We take great care to clean and sanitize the cottage.

This custom one-bedroom basement apartment has full size ceilings and windows and all the comforts of home. Stellar location two blocks from Hawthorne Street. With a kitchenette, washer/dryer, 4K smart TV, and beautiful custom wood and tile throughout. There is radiant floor heating that keeps this space extra cozy in the winter, and cool in the summer. Perfect home base for exploring or working in Portland with or without a car. This space is friendly to all.

Modern and Bright Laurelhurst Abode

Our one bedroom cottage is completely private, accessible by a separate walkway, and has an outdoor patio. Extra time was spent choosing finishes and creating a modern, comfortable, and light-filled space. You’ll find everything you need for a weekend in Portland, or a long-term stay. We’ve outfitted a full kitchen, full bathroom with luxurious tub and plush towels, a bedroom with a queen mattress and soft bedding, washer and dryer, and lots of extra touches.

Pet Friendly Private ADU for work and play!

A cozy, pet-friendly basement ADU with full kitchen and big renovated bathroom. Our sought after neighborhood is centrally located and within walking distance to amazing restaurants and parks. It’s a lovely community with friendly neighbors as well. Expect to hear our family peacefully going about our daily living, but know that we go to bed early! We are outdoor enthusiasts and foodies and are happy to provide information on our local haunts.
