We have electric power! Home stayed dry during hurricane Milton. Clean and ready! Located on a highly desirable street, the house is perched high above Curry Creek offering spectacular water views from every room. The property includes a boat ramp to avoid the public launch. Three kayaks (two tandems and one single). Two miles from Nokomis Beach and only half a mile from The Legacy Bike Trail. You can do so many fun things, or just have a drink on the dock and watch the manatees. Pet Friendly

The Ibis Cottage

Freshly renovated, The Ibis Cottage is a cozy studio on a beautiful property overlooking a small lake. It is a 5 minute drive to Nokomis Beach, Siesta Beach and Venice Beach are within easy reach, and a block away to the Legacy Trail bike path (Sarasota to Venice). Enjoy seeing a variety of birds on the property including the ibis, heron, and snowy egret. The cottage is conveniently located between Sarasota and Venice. The perfect location for enjoying the Gulf coast and outstanding beaches.

Gulf front romantic cottage in paradise

Gated and surrounded by lush scenery you will feel like you have suddenly escaped to the caribbean! The pressures of the world melt away as you get your first glimpse of the Gulf of Mexico. Eclectic design with mostly Caribbean influences. Marble floors, tile counter tops and a large shower with a sit down bench. Walk the custom pathways which reveal beautiful orchids and exotic plants. Go kayaking, fish off the beach or look for sharks teeth. Take a swim in the pool or work on your tan.

Spend your days fishing from the private dock, paddling one of 4 kayaks, or biking the Legacy Trail with 6 bikes. Evenings are for the firepit, grilling on the charcoal BBQ, or cornhole under the stars. We’ve stocked shark tooth gear, beach essentials, toiletries, coffee, tea, olive oil, spices, and a welcome bottle of wine — so you can arrive, unpack, and relax.

Right on the bay! Heated pool! King bed

Conveniently located near plenty of Sarasota's shopping and dining areas, your new home away from home is nice and isolated, surrounded by gorgeous views and just a quick walk from the waters of Sarasota Bay. You will have whole house except two rooms which will be locked and no one will be there. One bedroom with a king size bed and sleeping sofa in the family room (if more than two guests coming). Full size kitchen, two family rooms, pool and gorgeous view on the salty bay for nature lovers.

Canal front home in Nokomis, right next to Legacy Trail. Bicycles and Kayaks available to enjoy a trip to the beaches and local islands, please sign waivers before using and send to hosts. Fish right off your dock and enjoy covered Lanai with outdoor fireplace. Nokomis beach (2 miles), Venice beach (2.5 miles), Jetti beach (3 miles). Close to restaurants and historical Venice shopping. This home can sleep up to 8 people. Pets are welcome (125$ pet fee) Please be courteous noise late night.

A lil country, A lil beach time

* Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature, a full acre with a small pond! Only 45 minutes to most beaches. Beautiful country with small antique town and parks to explore. Private acre close to farm. Walk out the door and see farm animals and a lovely pond. 2 loft bedrooms with queen beds. Downstairs has a daybed. Kitchenette complete with fridge sink and cook stove. Outside bar area on one side and the other has a fire pit and hammock. So the WiFi iffy. . plenty of DVD’s!

Charming Country Cottage (Near Lakewood Ranch)

Enjoy solitude in a country setting but have access to many activities, restaurants, and amenities only 10 minutes away in Lakewood Ranch community. The Guesthouse is a 40 minute drive to several wonderful beaches, including beautiful Siesta Key.
