Relax and enjoy the desert landscape. Secluded, private, and spacious 2400sqft entire home with heated pool and hot tub (see house rules). Completely custom home, beautifully decorated with designer furniture throughout. 10min away from the Laughlin Bridge and Katherine's landing but a world apart. Quiet, peaceful, private, with unbelievable views of the stars, city lights, mountain landscapes. One-of-a-kind desert getaway. Lots of easy and safe boat or toy hauler parking, ez access to trails.

Newly remodeled with quarts counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Please be advised if you are booking for a friend. We don’t accept third party bookings. This is grounds for immediate cancellation with no refund. Only a short 10 minute walk to the river. The best place to stay in Bullhead City (Tri-Stare area). Internet Speed: 350MPS

Welcome to your desert escape! This spacious, beautifully updated townhouse in a gated community offers the perfect blend of comfort and style. Enjoy mornings on nearby golf courses, afternoons exploring scenic trails, and evenings at top casinos, restaurants, and entertainment spots. Ideal for an extended stay. Minimum 30 days. Monthly rent includes up to $200 for electricity and $100 for gas. Water, trash, and Wi-Fi are fully covered. TVs are streaming, no cable. All Bedrooms are upstairs.

1 Bedroom Riverfront Guest House with Dock.

Enjoy fantastic views and comfortable surroundings. This is the lower level guest house of our riverfront vacation home. It has a private entrance with access to the boat dock. Enjoy river and mountain views from the living room, full kitchen and patio. Bring your jet skis and fishing poles we are on the deep part of the river. The dock and patio are shared with the main house. Main house is not a rental. The space is not kid friendly.
