"The Sundance Bullhead" is our family's desert utopia away from the hustle-and-bustle of life. We decided we couldn't keep this to ourselves and decided to open it up to families looking to create treasured memories during their trips to the river. Pool, spa, plenty of parking for all of you desert toys, plus nestled on a quiet but convenient street, the house has it all. It's a 5 minute drive to the Laughlin casinos or Katherine's Landing at Lake Mohave. Experience "The Sundance at Bullhead"!

Stunning views of Mountains, River, and Laughlin casinos. King bed! Spacious bathroom, large shower. Kitchenette has full fridge, cooking appliances. Ample parking for toys. Patio fire pit for guests. Convenient parking outside room. Apartment is separated from the main house by a courtyard. * No pets/animals. Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.

Riverfront Waterfront Mansion, Private Pool/Spa

The Riverfront Mansion is located in Palo Verde Meadows; a quiet family neighborhood in Bullhead City, AZ. The home is about 6 miles down the river from the Casinos in Laughlin, NV. The area is extremely friendly and great for outdoor activities! You can leave your Boat at the Dock right in front of the home and you have about 70 miles of river & lakes to explore. This house books months in advance! **Please also visit our other riverfront property in Bullhead City with the same amenities!

1 Bedroom Riverfront Guest House with Dock.

Enjoy fantastic views and comfortable surroundings. This is the lower level guest house of our riverfront vacation home. It has a private entrance with access to the boat dock. Enjoy river and mountain views from the living room, full kitchen and patio. Bring your jet skis and fishing poles we are on the deep part of the river. The dock and patio are shared with the main house. Main house is not a rental. The space is not kid friendly.
