Para los momentos actuales en los que necesitamos encontrarnos con la naturaleza y con nosotros mismos, en un lugar de Tenerife donde apenas se hizo presente el COVID-19, te está esperando esta agradable vivienda tradicional del siglo XIX de 200 años de historia, con una restauración exquisita y todas las comodidades ideal para Teletrabajo (fibra óptica). Próximo a escuelas de escalada y a una amplia red de senderos.Con la Playa a escasos 12 minutos ideal para la práctica del surf y snorkel.

La villa esta ubicada en primera linea del Parque Natural de los Acantilados de Acentejo, con unas vistas increíbles a las playas, valle de la Orotava y El Teide. Tiene una playa a 300 metros a la que se puede ir caminando accediendo por un sendero rural al lado de la villa. Se encuentra a 5 minutos del centro del pueblo de Santa Ursula , con varios supermercados y buenos restaurantes. Las vistas y el cuidado de los pequeños detalles, son las características principales de esta propiedad.

Au bout d'une piste privée de 500 mètres ,parmis les vignes,les orangers et les oliviers, cette fermette réaménagée pour la detente avec piscine a jets et bbq.A l'écart l'âne sympa (Raoul)et le poulailler pour les oeufs frais. Nombreuses randonnées aux alentours dans des paysages magnifiques. Vue sur l'océan , et la plage d'El Medano á 9 km.Canapé lit deux personnes , possibilité lits d'enfant et animaux acceptés.

@sleephousetenerife Beautiful Canarian-style house with two rooms recently renovated with a large terrace and a swimming pool with solarium and chilling area. The house is located in a quiet area with a rural atmosphere but with the advantage of being only 15 minutes away from the beach. The house is on the top of a hill and has a wonderful and clean panoramic view towards the sea. The sunsets are magnificent with La Gomera island on background.

Ich bin eine uralte Finca Rustica im neuen Kleid und wohne auf 550 Metern über dem Meer in Icod de los Vinos im grünen Norden der Insel. Hinter mir sehe ich den majestätischen Vulkan Teide, vor mir liegt der weite Atlantik. Hier zu leben muss man erfahren. Durch den weiten Blick aufs Meer und Icod stellt sich sofort ein erhabenes Gefühl und innere Ruhe ein. Der Norden ist wetterfreudig und spannend und von hier aus wunderbar zu beobachten.
