A large modern kitchen, formal dinning room and a beautiful patio. Large open living space with large windows which look out over the Plaza. This property is on the second floor, there is no elevator.

La Casita Capulin (The Little Choke-Cherry House)

Very rural…This country hideaway is nestled at the foot of the Rocky Mountains, 1 minute from I-25 in the village of Rowe. It sits on a 40 acre private ranch. Santa Fe is 25 minutes away with nearby access to many US Forest areas, the Pecos National Monument, the Village of Pecos, and the Pecos River. The water is chemical free! The large acreage here is also used for tent camping in the summer months near the little lake and RV Sites are scattered with one being beside this house.

Space dedicated for meditation, prayer, writing. Private shower 90 steps away, inside main house. Hiking trail minutes away. Vaccination recommended.
