It has a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms , 1 with hot water. The house is surrounded by a tropical garden. Private parking and caretaker available. Small shops nearby. This house is perfect for 2 friends who want to share a house. NOTE: electricity is not included in the monthly price (approx. 50U$, meter available.

This 2-storey house is located on a hill, a few blocks from the bay and downtown. Downstairs, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and a big bathroom with hot water shower. Upstairs, a 2nd bedroom, sleepbench, a toilet with hand basin and a 24m2 deck with great views of the SJ-Bay. The house is surrounded by a tropical garden inside s small community called Cabañas Lobotepe. Private parking and caretaker available. From the entrance it's a 50m walk on an ascending path with 30 steps.
