In the beautiful area of Costa Del Silencio, Arona, the apartment is located in a residential area with many services around it. There is a supermarket next to the apartment, open all day, so you will never miss anything for a pleasant stay. You will also find a variety of restaurants of all types of cuisine. Next to Las Galletas, walking next to the sea will be a comforting activity with many ideal spots to take pictures of the landscape. 15 minutes by car to Los Cristianos and South Airport.

Ambiente acogedor para descansar o trabajar en paz

Este ha sido nuestro refugio ocasional de descanso y ahora empezamos a alquilarlo por primera vez, después de reformarlo. Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.

La buena vida

Luminoso,sereno, amplio... un espacio donde el tiempo parece otro, más lento. Disfrutar del sol y de la sombra, trabajar con la casa abierta, sumergirnos en el agua, comer y cenar al aire libre, leer, jugar, pasear por la playa, cocinar sin prisa... la buena vida. Como arquitecto, después de hacer muchas reformas, sé que la luz y el espacio son el verdadero lujo. Un espacio principal que se abre completamente a la terraza orientada hacia el mar, hacia el atardecer, en un entorno muy tranquilo.

El complejo cuenta con piscina, aseos, 2 ascensores, jardines bien cuidados, acceso para personas con discapacidad, a muy pocos minutos de todos los servicios.

Hi Speed WiFi, meters from the beach and minutes from spectacular Golden Mile and Los Cristianos, with all the shopping, restaurants and entertainment they offer. Our location is unique: we are by a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach. Uncommon, since many other areas would only offer a rock beach or the port. Bonus: being so close to the sea there are no steep walks uphill.
