Had a great stay and will definitely come back. Nice clean room, guest kitchen with all you need. Yari was super welcoming and friendly. Communication with her was easy and she‘s always ready to help.

La casa es increíble. Nos encantó. La terraza es espectacular y tiene unas vistas muy bonitas. Todo limpio y preparado para nosotros. Cocina bien equipada y baños cómodos. Un problema es que no hay muchas indicaciones de cómo llegar hasta el apartamento (son todos iguales). Otro problema es que no está muy cerca de la piscina, se tardan como 10 minutos caminando. Por último, el elevador estaba estropeado y teníamos que subir 4 plantas andando. En general muy buena experiencia, salvando los detalles mencionados.

Wunderbare Lage direkt zwischen dem Strand von Guanico und dem Fluss. Auch mit dem Bus erreichbar. Gute Kommunikation und hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Surfboardsmiete direkt vorort. Zimmer mit AC und kleinem Kühlschrank, perfekt für die heissen Temperaturen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Haus, man fühlt sich wie im Paradies. Alles hat super funktioniert, der Check-Inn schnell und unkompliziert. Im Haus alles vorhanden was man als Familie braucht, sogar zwei Fahrräder. Vermieterin sehr freundlich und kommunikativ. Wir waren eine Woche da und haben uns gefühlt wie zu Hause, wären gerne länger geblieben. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nuestro caso fue especial ya que necesitábamos trabajar en Bucaro. Casa Iguana estaba idealmente ubicado para nuestros propósitos. This is THE place. Wow. Where to begin… We searched all along the Pacific coast, Mexico to Chile, and Cocoloche stood out. It turned out even better than we could have anticipated. Julie is a spectacular host. Her connections in the community ensured we had great experiences fishing, diving, and surfing. The local baker’ bread stood out. Julie messaged in the morning that the fisher had tuna available: we had tuna tartar with afternoon cocktails and seared steaks on our plates for dinner. Julie is super attentive and responsive. The Cocoloche property is stunning. The casitas are well dispersed, and all have tremendous views as the property has 2700 of ocean view. There is wonderful snorkelling off the beach to the south and the tide pools to the north offer another way to enjoy the ocean. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The dining area is breezy and comfortable. Sun rises and sunsets, howler and white face monkeys visiting regularly, the ever-present array of birds and stunning stars at night ensure there is always something to wonder at.

Tuvimos una agradable estancia en el apartamento. Muy bien equipado y cómodo. La unidad no tiene vista directa al mar, pero esta en planta baja y a pocos pasos del area social lo cual lo hace fácilmente accesible. Hay algunos apartamentos en construcción en el area, pero no hubieron disturbios considerables. La piscina del area social esta muy bonita. Ojalá la administración mejore un poco el acceso a la misma, quizá extienda mas el piso alrededor y considere agregar mas ranchos para los usuarios (solo cuenta con dos). La pasamos muy bien en el apartamento y lo recomendamos!

El lugar estuvo espectacular, propiedad vista al mar solo que siento que debe haber más seguridad ya que cualquier persona pudiera tener acceso al lugar y robar.
