Charming first floor apartment in a traditional Tuscan farmhouse, accessed by external stone staircase. Relax by the pool or wander through 2 hectares of olive groves, orchards, and woodland. Take a short stroll to the Etruscan hill town of Lari, where you can enjoy a pastry in the piazza, visit the castle, or explore the Martelli pasta factory. An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.
