One of the best stays near Mactan Airport. The place is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. You can control most appliances just by saying “Hey Google,” which is super convenient. The pool is huge, great for real swimming, and the aircon is nice and cold. There’s Netflix, board games, and a kitchen with all the essentials. They even provide fresh towels and robes. We loved the front-load washing machine… went home with no dirty laundry. It’s close to a 7/11 and easy to reach by Grab or Foodpanda. A bit far from some places, but totally worth it. Ma’am Mey and Sir Raff are amazing hosts, very hands-on and quick to respond. Highly recommend. The place is worth your money.

Another great stay in Gorans Unit. It's my home away from home amd go to airbnb in Lapu Lapu. Shower Great Bed Amazing...Washing machine is a plus.....Please read some of my previous reviews for a more in depth review for this unit. There was also a new water heater installed while I was there this time. Something that I haven't mentioned before there is a basketball in the unit and I recently put up 2 new nets at the basketball court just across the street if anyone is looking to shoot some hoops. Great way to work up a sweat. Oh and Ms. Muna is a fabulous host always makes the place extra tidy 10/10

Another amazing stay!

Brixie and Laurie are great hosts! Had to check in very early and last min due to an emergency and they were able to cater my request without any issue! The place is clean too, has gym and pool and most of all pet friendly.

It was worth the price knowing how cheap it was for a 2-bedroom place.

Repeat Customer but first booking with 88th thru Airbnb. Location and amenities are great including mini market and restaurants right outside the building. A bonus, Abaca Cafe and more restaurants as well as other conveniences are in the next complex over no crossing the street needed. This serviced hotel/airbnb stands out especially if you compare to another airbnb such as 38th Ave luxury condo complex. The free indoor basement parking just steps from the elevator access make all the difference.

Mabait and considerate po because she let us extend some more hours to stay just to kill time while waiting for our flight. They have good amenities, guards are all welcoming. If you want a peaceful place to sleep you can consider this place Mivesa Garden Residences. Not too crowded, near to some food establishment. Easy to find. 👍
