Thank you for the great stay. We were very satisfied with everything and can only recommend the condo. The location was close to the market. The area was very well guarded with very friendly security. The gym is still under construction but when we come back we will use it too. Glendale is always very friendly and always available to answer questions within a very short time. We will be very happy to spend our next stay there again.

Awesome house feel like home. The place is pin a private area make the place more safe. The host was really responsive and help is getting us what we needed. Definitely will bring my family back and stay here if I visit Cebu again in the future.

Clean second floor condo unit with hospitable host! Currently (Dec 2019) has lot of construction going on in the surrounding areas so we had to take the long way to the unit's location. Hopefully, they'll finish soon to make it easier for future guests.

The place was as described. Nice and spacious, fit for big groups. It was located only a few minutes away from Cebu IT park and commuting to and out of the place is no hassle since the PUV terminal is nearby. The way in is quite steep and narrow but it was disclosed beforehand. There was a bit of challenge in managing the toilet situation since there was only one and there's ten of us. There was no hassle in showers though since there were three. I do not suggest using or drinking from the water dispenser. The water tasted plastic-y. Outlets and sockets were abundant and conveniently located. Overall, we had a comfortable stay at the Royal Crowne Residences. The host answered the queries beforehand and gave good instructions. Staff were present and helpful.

Enjoyed our stay at Roland’s apartment. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. Loved the easy access to all restaurants and water sports activities by Grab. Roland was very responsive and appreciate him coming to pick us at the airport and give us a nice overview of Lapu Lapu. I would not hesitate recommending his apartment to other guests and will definitely stay here when I am back with my full family

Our Executive James was fully satisfied with his experience staying at this property. It was better than the photos. You truly have to experience it firsthand, to fully appreciate it. The host Melody was very professional, caring, attentive, and helpful whenever help was needed. Their on-premises staff were also helpful with everyday tasks and chores when asked. However, at the same time, during the entire stay, they never bothered the guests unnecessarily and instead provided full privacy. They strike the perfect balance between being helpful and providing peace and quiet. Communicating with Melody and their staff was easy, fast, and precise. Mikheyla and her staff are always responsive! The place? It’s more than what I expected. 1. Bedrooms- Hotel-like with complete toiletries. All rooms smell good. 2nd floor bedrooms all have bathrooms. Only 2 comfortable double beds per room so it’s not over-crowded. All rooms come with nice view. 2. The house is surrounded by trees with great landscaping and is away from main road noise. 3. The house feels cozy especially at night and comes with stunning sunset view. Feels like Camp John Hay in Baguio. 4. Our pets enjoyed the morning walk! 5. Comes with a breakfast kit. Nice idea!

we had a wonderful stay. Location was nice and we enjoyed the pool and the nearby beach with the nice pool which was probably a 10 or 15- minute walk frm our buildng. host was really responsive, considerate and helpful.
