This beautifully remodeled Old Town home is only 3 blocks from the heart of Old Town Fort Collins. Park your car at the house and walk to all of the shops, restaurants, breweries and nightlife! Located on the most prestigious street in Old Town, Mountain Avenue. You could spend hours people watching from the huge front windows as the walkers, bikers and the historic trolley car go past. Hop on one of our 6 bikes available and tour the town further! CSU, Lincoln Center and Poudre Trail near by.

Private Cottage

Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and queen size sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.
