Villa Sunset

Even though the walk to town only takes a minute, you still deserve a reward. So, wander the streets of Gordes until you find the perfect cafe to sit down for your morning coffee and a croissant that’s still warm from the oven. Before returning to your 17th-century hillside-home, stop in at a local market, bakery, or cheese shop to pick up an afternoon snack to enjoy on Sunset Villa’s valley-view terrace. Widely considered “the most beautiful hilltop village in Provence,” Gordes is steeped in authenticity. The white and gray stone buildings, of which Sunset is interwoven, wind their way up the hill, creating one of the most postcard-worthy views in Fr1ance. Groves shade the grounds of this tucked-away Luberon home. A pergola covers the outdoor dining area; umbrellas cover the loungers by the pool.
