Handcrafted Cabin at the foot of the Ouachita Mtns

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath log cabin is nestled at the foot of the Ouachita Mountains & moments away from great fishing, beautiful hiking trails, Shady Lake, the Ouachita National Forest, etc. The loft features a queen size bed. One bedroom has a full size bed and the other has twin bunk beds. The sofa in the living room makes into a queen size bed, allowing for 8 guests. It is fully stocked & furnished with everything needed to enjoy a getaway at the center of many things Mother Nature has provided.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. As the name suggests you are central to all kinds of adventure. Kayaking on the Caddo river or Ouachita rivers. swimming boating fishing the many lakes here. digging for crystals in any one of our many crystal mines. digging for diamonds in the only public diamond mine in the world. or sightseeing our beautiful historic downtown Hot Springs Bath house row. Wolf pen gap is great for riding you will not lack for something fun to do here.

Livin on the Edge Cabin in Albert Pike, Beautiful!

Our Livin on the Edge cabin was built in 2023 and is located in the heart of Albert Pike Recreation area. Come relax and unwind with the family and make memories at this peaceful place to stay. You’ll love sitting by the fire roasting s’mores or reading a good book on the deck overlooking the running creek. Our cabin sleeps eight people with a Queen bed in the master bedroom with your own private bathroom. The other bedroom has a Queen bed and a Full bed. Living room has a Queen pull out sofa.

Albert Pike is the place of wonderful memories for many families, including ours. Children love exploring the crystal clear creek in front of our cabin, you can sit & watch from the swing on the porch or the one by the creek. There is a large picnic table on the porch with an outside TV for entertainment. You will love the large fire pit.

The Creek Cottage

The Creek Cottage is a bright and airy, open floor plan home located just 2 miles from town and 5 miles from Lake Ouachita. There is a king bed in the common area that can be walled off by the large room divider curtain. A separate bedroom has 2 large twin beds (daybed with trundle) and there is also a couch comfortable enough to sleep on if needed. One bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen complete this small gem in the woods overlooking a year-round creek.

Get away to a romantic cabin hidden deep in the Oachita Mountains! The cabin is located within a few yards of the national forest boundary. Relax on the covered front porch and look at the stars on a clear night. Or, hear the rain on the roof while soaking in the heart shaped hot tub on a stormy night! Either way, you will find a peaceful stay here! From the town of Mena, AR it is about a 15 minute drive to the property.
