Enchanting Farm Cottage

Away from a main road, up a private driveway is Claret Ash Cottage. Just a few paces from the front door is an organic flower and herb garden where plants are cultivated for skin care products. You are welcome to explore the 33 acre property and a must see is the panoramic view from the hill. The quiet tree lined dirt road behind is a perfect walking trail. This farm is 35 mins from Adelaide and only 10 mins drive to shops or local eateries. We invite you to experience life on a working farm.

Black Salt is a beautifully designed, newly built flat only three minutes walk to Goolwa Beach, Kuti Shack cafe, & the Surf Life Savers club. This fully self-contained holiday unit has a private courtyard & undercover parking. Complete with stone benches, polished concrete floors, & a luxurious bathroom that includes a washing machine, it makes the perfect get away. The Floathouse is a luxury tiny home floating on the Murray River offering a unique and romantic experience an hour from Adelaide. Features include an outdoor bath, queen bed, sofa, WIFI, ensuite with toilet/shower, large deck with sun loungers, dining table, double swing, separate swimming platform and a BBQ for those wanting to make the most of the river views. Our kitchenette is equipped with everything you require to prepare meals. The Floathouse is moored permanently within a gated marina.

Chesterdale is in the heart of Kuitpo forest on 32 acres, surrounded by 8,900 acres of pine plantations and native forests. Perfect for walking and riding, the Heysen and Kidman trails are accessible through our back gate. Famous McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills wineries are nearby. While the guest suite is attached to the main house, it is quite separate and totally private. A 50 minute drive from Adelaide’s CBD and a 20 minute drive from southern beaches, it is perfect for a weekend escape.

Enjoy our little wood heater inside to keep you warm or sit around a fire outside. ( within fire ban season, please note fire ban runs from November 1st 2025- April 30th 2026 ) We have the beautiful Strathalbyn golf course 2 minutes drive, feel free to borrow the golf clubs and have a hit of golf.

Mae’s Cottage

If you're looking for a home away from home Mae’s is for you. Close to the river and within walking distance to Main Street and cafes. She’s not fancy but she’s clean and recently renovated with a beautiful big gas stove and a homely feel. She is over 100 years old so the doors stick from time to time and the wooden floors may creak. The house is professionally deep cleaned after every guest. House is not suitable for small children under 5 years of age
