Im Garten gibt es einen Bereich mit Liegestuhl, der genutzt werden kann. Die Innenstadt von Mettmann ist nur 5 min zu Fuß entfernt, die Regiobahn S28 nach Düsseldorf oder nach Wuppertal ist in 3 min zu Fuß erreichbar, Busse nach Hilden, Erkrath, Haan. Fahrt zum Hauptbahnhof Düsseldorf dauert nur 20 min.

Nur 12 km bis zum Düsseldorfer Altstadt. Sehr gute Anbindung zum Autobahn A46 und A57. Nur 4 km bis zum S-Bahn S8.
