You have the ground floor all to yourself in a 2 storey house. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Only 15 minutes drive to the beautiful hinterland town of Maleny and 15 minutes to the popular Australia Zoo or 30 minutes to the beaches at Caloundra. ONLY Children which are under parental supervision are welcome. NO failed gentle parenting products. No aggressive and destructive kids. Your dog (no XL dogs like Sait Bernard’s etc.)is welcome. There is a fenced yard.

Escape to the Valley

Our private and self contained two bedroom unit is on a large block, overlooking the cow paddocks, a creek at the back and lush nature surrounds - you will experience a true escape to the hinterland in the valley. Please note prior to booking, we live in our family home in the house above the airbnb and although we try to be very mindful of noise and footsteps, please know that you may hear small noises at times. The unit has a private entrance and is entirely your space to enjoy.

The Artist Studio is perfect for a couples getaway. Rowan House, a magnificent three-level French-styled residence, is uniquely positioned high in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Perched atop Mount Mellum’s highest north-easterly point, the homestead commands spectacular 180° views of almost 150 km of Australia’s coastline and islands - from Noosa through to Brisbane. The restored mansion was Queensland’s 1942 “House of the Year” and is just a 25 minute drive from beaches. Original tennis court is refurbished.
