Splendid apartment just finished renovating (March 2023) In an extraordinary position, 200 meters from the station, 10 min walk from the cathedral and all the main monuments. On the fourth floor with lift it consists of an entrance with living room and kitchen, two double bedrooms with king size beds, bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there is an office and another bedroom with a double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and small terrace on the roofs. Wifi, AC and heating make it perfect.

The apartment has been remodeled protecting its 15th century stone wall, cotto floors and frescoed master bedroom ceiling with full modern kitchen. Antique art and furniture adorn it. The apartment was designed by a well known '90s architect and then renewed only few years ago. Many of the furnitures where designed specifically for this home by the architect himself. The apartment is made of an entrance, a living-room, a main room with double-bed and a mezzanine for wardrobes so to enhance livable space, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchenette. Another mezzanine above the living-room make space for two single beds and an office.

The building offers the possibility to choose between different types of apartments in addition to these, and also allows customers to combine multiple solutions if families or larger groups wish to stay together in the same building. Gold Suite is a 140 sq meter apartment located on the first floor. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is situated on two floors.
