The 801 Cottage

Just a short drive to the Colorado Bend State Park! This home can sleep up to 6 guests W/ the fold-down couch. Shop Antiques on the square or visit one of our many nearby wineries! We offer a 2 hr early arrival convenience fee of $35, allowing for check-in at 1:00 PM. Confirmation must be made with the host. Pet friendly ( pets must be crated inside the home when left alone ). $40 pet fee. Please don’t try to sneak a dog in, April the housekeeper will know and a pet fee will be assessed.

Historic Cauthen Guest House

Stay at the centrally-located guest house of the historic Cauthen House completed in 1917. The separate guest house was constructed in the mid-eighties but was completely renovated in 2023. It is a two bedroom apartment located on the SECOND FLOOR. Both bedrooms have king size beds and the living room has a queen size fold out couch. Full kitchen for your own homemade meals or If you prefer a dinner out, we are blocks away from many restaurants and a block away from Starbucks.

Cozy 3 Bedroom Copperas Cove Cottage

This peaceful, relaxing, pet-friendly, cozy 3-bedroom 1.5 bathroom house is only 6.2 miles to Fort Hood/Killeen, and within an hr of Austin and Waco. It has a King sized bed, a queen sized bed, 2 twin beds (1 trundle), and a sofa bed. Perfect for work groups, couples, and families - holds up to 5. Large, fenced yard with a bbq and enough space for kids and adults to play. Has a ping pong table in the garage, as well. There are 2 parks with playgrounds, walking trails close by.

Set on 10.5 private acres in rural Central Texas, this quiet two-bedroom cabin offers a true country stay with easy access to Fort Hood, Copperas Cove and Lampasas. Guests come for the peace and privacy, then stay for the king bed, walk-in jetted tub, full kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi and wildlife just outside the door. It’s a comfortable base for military visits, couples, small families, work trips or anyone who wants room to slow down without being far from town.

Want to see the stars? Stargazing isn't all you will do at this tiny home that isn't so tiny! The Roost features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen, and a loft. Lometa is a short 5-minute drive for restaurants, gas, and groceries. Our outside space sets us apart! Relax under the oak trees to read or take in the 180-degree views of the countryside from our hilltop. Watch livestock mill about on the horizon as you lounge the day away lazily under the trees.

The Indian Camp draw is a peaceful spot nestled in the beautiful pecan trees. Our goal is to provide a place you can call home and love enough to revisit! Enjoy the freshly updated home with your family, friends or co-workers while you visit the surrounding countryside. We have chairs and a swing on your front porch to sit and enjoy the wildlife that come roam through our pecan trees. We are 10 miles from the beautiful Colorado Bend State Park.
