Two-bedroom villa with private pool and sea view. The house is renovated, new air conditioning, mattress and dishes. Waiting for its new tenants for a wonderful and quiet holiday. The house has a kitchen with a stove and utensils for cooking. Nearby are the best beaches of Samui: Chaweng and Chongmon. The villa has a very convenient location. The Central Shopping Center, the Airport and the pier are 5 minutes away by car. Nearby there is a cafe, laundry, currency exchange and motorbike rental.

RR Retreat short term lets are located a 2-minute walk from the main road of Maenam, Koh Samui. Enjoy morning coffee on your private covered porch & take in the view, the wind rustling the coconut palms and the variety of birds that forage through the property. The closest beach & beach restaurant is less than 5 minutes' drive or about a 12 minute walk. There are many restaurants within 5 minutes' walk. The neighborhood is very clean, quiet and safe, as it is on a short dead-end road.

Only 1 km, 15 minute walk to beach. Situated in quiet location only 10 minute walk to Fisherman Village night market every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Pet friendly. Property is surrounded by fence, so your dog can roam on property. Fast private wifi fiber internet 300 mbit. Newly renovated in September 2022. "Maya Resort" is 1 km, 10 minute walk from our house. You can use their big swimming pool for a fee. They also have a children's club.

the naked house

It is an architectural villa on the south side of Koh Samui, private and in a natural environment, it has sweeping ocean views and has a great salt water lap pool. Half way up a hill, it gets natural breezes, whithout mozzies even at dusk. It is minimally designed, but takes maximum advantage of the nature. It is called the naked house because the walls are left naked. We primarily cater to families and couples.
