Two-bedroom villa with private pool and sea view. The house is renovated, new air conditioning, mattress and dishes. Waiting for its new tenants for a wonderful and quiet holiday. The house has a kitchen with a stove and utensils for cooking. Nearby are the best beaches of Samui: Chaweng and Chongmon. The villa has a very convenient location. The Central Shopping Center, the Airport and the pier are 5 minutes away by car. Nearby there is a cafe, laundry, currency exchange and motorbike rental.

Guests at this elegant 170sqm villa can make use of a range of facilities nearby to the house including a swimming pool, gym and tennis court. The villa is located at "Pause on Samui Residences" resort style community. It consists of 3 double bedrooms and a spacious living room. One side of the living room is taken by a fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub) and a guest restroom. Just steps from the sea! The closest beach & beach restaurant is less than 5 minutes' drive or about a 12 minute walk. There are many restaurants within 5 minutes' walk. The neighborhood is very clean, quiet and safe, as it is on a short dead-end road.
