The delightful Sassolo B&B, situated in the comfortable atmosphere of the quite Monte San Pietro hill, offer relax in the countryside, 20 minutes from the center of Bologna, where you can relax and enjoy food, wine, and cultural tours. A few miles away you will find 2 golf courses, CAI trekking or mountain bike paths, or relax on loungers in the garden. The B&B called Casa Sassolo 1713 is a beautifully restored 4 fronted family home located on the top of a hill with forests, with a large garden and surrounded by black locusts, walnut and elm trees where it is not difficult to see deers and wildlife. It can accommodate up to 5 people. At your disposal there is a large open plan loft with sleeping area, living area, private bathroom, satellite TV and wi-fi.

Complessivi 180 mq con una spaziosa e luminosa zona giorno, tre ampie camere da letto, guardaroba, due bagni grandi e con un piacevole ed ampio salone con cucina. We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

Cozy hilltop retreat w/ midcentury decor fully AC

Perched on top of a hill in the countryside between Bologna and Modena, this lodge is a great location for exploring the area. It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. The house, decorated with mid century design & furniture and fully air conditioned, has 4 sleeping rooms and 5 bathrooms. Please note: you need a car to reach us and to enjoy the area. Ad 1 km dal casello autostradale di Rioveggio, l'appartamento fa parte della villa in cui abito con la mia famiglia. L'accesso per gli ospiti è indipendente, dalla grande terrazza, senza scale. Nel piazzale condiviso si può parcheggiare l'auto. Appartamento ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. D'estate è sempre fresco, anche senza aria condizionata. Sprovvisto di cucina, ma sono presenti microonde, frigorifero, macchina del caffè (con caffè), bollitore e stoviglie.
