This sweet little spot in Lakko beach is nestled between the sea and the mountains. During the cooler months it is a climbers favourite. Close to the climbing tracks and only a five minute drive to Leonidio.The property backs onto our newly planted olive grove and has its own parking.It has separate bedroom kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals.It has a new split system heating and aircon. It has a nice shower. There is a smart tv and great wifi if you need to work.It has a large courtyard with a garden and also a terrace. There is mountain views and sea views. In summer its a different vibe. If you like relaxing in the sun, swimming in beautiful clear water and listening to the waves as you fall asleep at night you will be very happy here. We offer a relaxing stay, positive energy surrounded in nature.

Διώροφη κατοικία 154τμ δίπλα στη θάλασσα στον οικισμό Σαμπατική Αρκαδίας. Απέχει 5 χιλιόμετρα από το Λεωνίδιο (περίπου δέκα λεπτά οδήγησης). Orange grove cottage

My stone farmhouse is surrounded by 11 acres of orange trees,lemon trees and more trees , of which fruits you can taste.The backyard under the giant mulberry the calmness of the farm , the endless view along with the old well relaxes and takes you back in time and makes you feel part of nature .The cottage is located in the fields of Leonidio(2.5km from center & 600meters from sea),against the spectacular red rock/cliffs you will be climbing. Calm,peaceful almost a paradise is waiting for you!

Frida Stone House

My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

Marianna’s house

Marianna's house is a two-storey house of 37 sqm in a farm surrounded by orange and peach trees. The ground floor of the 20 sqm is consisted of a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a living room. An external staircase drives you to the first floor, where is the bedroom, a wc and a balcony. The house offers tranquility to enjoy beautiful moments! It is 2.5 km from Leonidio where you can get the necessary and 700m from the closest beaches! Forget your worries and relax in this serene space.

Country House with Swimming Pool

This traditional Greek stone house is nestled in a garden of olive trees and flowers. It lies three walking minutes from the solitary beach of the Aegean sea, with crystal clear blue water. Swimming and diving here is possible until December. The house has a big terrace with a beautiful view to the sea as well as a private pool which is nestled into a flower garden. The house is on two floors with the living room on the first and bedroom on the second floor. Pool unavailable Sept 15-30 2023

Fisherman's beach house in Leonidio [Apartment 3]

The house is at the plain of Leonidio surrounded by olive and orange trees. It is only 100 meters from the sea with beautiful view of the mountains! Upstairs there is one bedroom with one double bed and a veranda with nice view. Downstairs there is another bedroom with two single beds. There is also parking space. Feel the vibe of a Greek Farmhouse enjoying the relax and beauty of nature. The fireplace can be used after cosultation.
