Industrial farmhouse studio apartment nestled in the hills of West Virginia. Located just 15 minutes to downtown Morgantown and only 5 short minutes away from Coopers Rock State Forest. Spectacular landscape views from dusk to dawn and breathtaking star gazing on clear nights. As seen on HGTV. This non-smoking tiny house is close to Sunset Beach Marina and the Lakehouse restaurant. Quiet setting. Views of lake and marina from the deck. New loft air conditioning unit added in May 2022. No more than two guests per tiny house. Beautiful outdoor deck with propane grill. Trillium Acres Guest House

Located 10 miles from downtown Morgantown and the stadium. Cooper's Rock is just 12 miles away, with hiking, mountain biking and rock climbing. Our cozy house with modern amenities can accommodate 6 people with 2 queen beds, 1 twin and a queen pull-out sofa. Trillium Acres Cottage and Trillium Acres Hilltop are next door and a short walk through the woods for larger groups needing more space.
