Amazing house in a great location. Perfect place for proximity to parks and the city. House was clean, beds were comfortable, and check-in/ check-out was easy. Overall, a fantastic experience.

This is the second time we have stayed at Rhoda’s home. If anything, I think it was ever better the second time. I can’t explain how she is able to do it, but her home truly does feel like returning home. It’s private and secure. You will never be disappointed when staying at her home. Thank you so much Rhoda.

Completely unique, fantastic experience! Every detail was perfect. When Carrie says she has everything you need, she means it. And then some. The two provided spaces (treehouse and basement retreat) were perfect for our family of 5. We moved frequently between the two spaces to play games and enjoy a unique treehouse experience, but also shower and have a fridge and microwave. Our 15 year old loved having his own "apartment" which he slept in due to allergies (pollen season). We also had full access to a plethora of yard games and beautifully arranged nooks along the side of the hill that Carrie has created, leading to the easily accessible trails. You can easily escape for a nap, to read a book or just be, but you can also spend countless hours with family and friends, exploring the many games and delights provided. We loved our stay!

The place was exactly as described and easy to access. Location was perfect for us. We had a great time and felt perfectly at home during our stay.

A relaxing place to get away. Water front but still 5-10min from everything to do in Richmond. Really enjoyed! planning on coming back again!

The location was fantastic, offering easy access to many wonderful restaurants, book stores, fueling stations and not far from Pocahontas State Park. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Nathan's place to anyone looking for a memorable Airbnb experience.

Our family was in town for a wedding and it was the perfect place for us to be. We didn’t get to spend as much time at the place as we had wished as there were many fun things to do outside but our time there was delightful, and the accommodations were exactly as described. Plenty of room for all of us.
