Willkommen in unserem charmanten Feldkasten in Bischofswiesen! Der Feldkasten liegt eingebettet in einer idyllischen Landschaft, umgeben vom sagenumwobenen Untersberg und der Schlafenden Hexe. Es ist ein traditionelles Holzhaus mit Küche, Bad/Dusche/WC im Erdgeschoss, sowie einem Wohn-/Schlafraum im Obergeschoss (erreichbar über eine Außentreppe). Von der Terrasse aus können Sie die spektakuläre Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge genießen und die frische Bergluft einatmen. Kurbetrag nicht inkl.

Das Appartement verfügt über eine offene neue Küche, inkl. Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine, über ein neues, modernes Badezimmer sowie über eine gemütliche Sitzecke mit Kamin und ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Zu der Wohnung gehört eine Terrasse, von der aus man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Berge genießt. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung: Grill, Feuerschale, Fitnessraum, Sauna (g.G. 20€ pro Heizung), Bergwasserbecken, Kino, Außendusche, Tischtennis, Schneeschuhe, Schlitten und Spielgeräte im Garten.

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

Im EG gibt es eine bestens ausgestattete Landhausküche, Wohnzimmer mit Kaminofen, großem Esstisch, gemütlichem großen Sofa und Fernsehecke. Insgesamt 5 Schlafzimmer und Bad, sowie Sauna und Dusche.
