Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique and historical place in Lake Wales, FL. Constructed in 1936 this home is nestled within a quiet and friendly neighborhood just minutes from the downtown area and just a short walk to Lake Wailes itself. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Quiet privacy on a dead-end street with few neighbors. The feel of the country yet close to large attractions like Bok Tower and LEGOLAND. Have a bite to eat and enjoy live music and wild alligators at Cherry Pocket Restaurant 1 mile away. Enjoy your mornings and evenings on the large shaded front porch under the live oak trees. Cozy House near to Legoland FL

Comfortable and clean house. The house has kitchen essentials, dishwasher, washer and dryer. 2 smart TVs. Ceiling Fans. Air conditioning. Plenty parking space. Our property is located in a quiet neighborhood in the City of Lake Wales. Supermarkets can be found 5-7 minutes away from the house. Legoland Waterpark is 14 miles. Orlando Disney World Parks, SeaWorld Orlando, Universal Studios Florida 49 miles away. Note: The house shares the entry with another house. (Check pictures)

Freshly Renovated Home

Cute older house with modern amenities. Located right downtown within a block from the playpark, Lake Wailes lake, walking path, and the historic downtown shopping area. All of the appliances in the home are brand new, as well as the washer and dryer. There is a large TV in the living room, as well as one in each bedroom - each with Roku and Netflix. Each bedroom also has a mini split A/C unit to sleep as cold, or hot, as you like. Parking is in the rear covered carport.
