The Groover House

Cute updated home less than 5 miles from Denny stadium. Plenty of parking, large private fenced back yard, deck and screened porch with a TV. The home overlooks the park at the Veterans Affairs campus that has a public walking/jogging track. The track winds through to the University of Alabama's Arboretum. Escape to a serene lakehouse at the Lake Tuscaloosa, perfect for nature lovers looking for a cozy place and escape the crowd to enjoy a BBQ with your family and friends. This charming home offers stunning views of the lake and a warm atmosphere. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, where 2 br are sharing 1 bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen and a private patio and lake access. Two boats are usually docked and dock is shared with the boat owner (great to ask for a lake tour by boat).

This home is located in the NPort historic district, a short 1-2 block walk to Billy’s, City Cafe, Mark’s Mart, and the selfie-famous Roll Tide Bridge & 2.5 mi. to UA campus & .5 mi. to Kentuck. The back yard is ready for you. There are 2 separate spaces to watch TV. The kitchen is well-appointed for cooking meals. This house is in a residential neighborhood, so please be courteous to our fabulous neighbors. No parties! Must be quiet no later than 9:00 pm. We would love to host you.
