Yes, this is "that" house. This single level ranchette is walking distance to Indigeny Reserve from the front door. Walk the creek, ride a bike through the neighborhood, hike/ride the Indigeny trails, whatever you would like. This 930 sqft. farmhouse is on 2 acres...BY ITSELF. Peaceful and private are the words that come to mind. Lots of updates as the house has been completely rebuilt/updated. High speed Wifi and Central Heat/AC. Full Kitchen. Full Laundry. Yosemite NP is about an hour away, via 2 entrances, with year-round activities for all activity levels.
