Whether it's a romantic getaway or a family vacation, you'll love your stay at this newly renovated lakefront cottage on a private 2.4 acre lot. You will enjoy your unobstructed view from the large deck and the brand new dock. Two rooms with queen beds, one room with full-size bunk bed and twin trundle (3 beds in that room). Relax with the whole family in this lovely home. A large peaceful lot tucked away in a cove. Water off dock are shallow for the kids but the with open water views. Dock offers space to sit, lay, and relax. House is equipped with all your needs. Lots of space on deck to eat and soak up the views, 3 bedroom plus an upstairs loft with beds, tv, and futon; perfect for kids. Partially gated for added security. Home is centrally located with quick access to all the shopping, grocery, restaurants.

Lakefront Get Away-Lake Sinclair!

Fantastic 3bedroom/2bath lakefront home. The private dock is perfect for catching dinner, launching your kayak or floating like a bobber. Bait shop and kayak rentals and less than 5min away. 2 private driveways. 2hr from Atlanta, 2.5hr from SC This is a perfect family getaway. Excellent location. We are located on a quiet street, no parties, events or functions allowed. Must be 25yr or older. Boat lift not included Approved STR License

Be a a kid again . . . Unique stay in a Treehouse with comfy home amenities. . . .This is a newly built treehouse. It has a large rain head shower, living space with cozy gas fireplace, cold a/c, comfy queen bed with huge window. The kitchen has a fridge, Keurig, toaster oven, and microwave. There’s a 2 burner gas cooktop and park size grill outside for use, as well. Stay in a treehouse tonight!
