Located at the gated community of Chandlers Landing including: 24 hour security patrol, walking trails, ponds, marina and so much more that city of Rockwall and the lake life may offer. Enjoy the best sunsets in Rockwall! Smoking in the premises is not allowed. Condo is provided with a video doorbell outside front door. Beautifully updated Lakehouse with a mixture of cabin & luxury design. Every bedroom has its own TV while main living room features 75 inch 4k smart tv. The sound improved theater room with 5.1 Dolby sound system provides an astonishing movie experience while others are sleeping soundly. If you prefer outdoor, enjoy a relaxing day on the swing chairs & listening to the water waves, go fishing or swimming. At night relax under the moon while sitting by fire pit or catch fireflies in the summer!
