My family of six was extremely pleased with our stay at Dean’s property. He was incredibly responsive and helpful when I was having trouble making the reservation. The home was exactly as described. Very clean. Plenty of linens and towels. My kids loved the game room. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was perfect just like the listing description. Host was quick with responses when needed anything.

Waking up at Tyler’s Airbnb every morning is like a dream! With the bedrooms facing the lake, the birds are singing, the lake is glittering with reflections. It is picture perfect and serene. The house is very clean and equipped with amenities that make you a very comfortable stay. Our favorite part of the place was either relaxed with a glass of wine at the sunroom or reading a book at the beautiful nook upstair overlook the lake. What a treat! We will definitely return. Angela and her husband Jim were very friendly, sweet helpful and very accommodating. I highly recommend staying at their house in the beautiful quaint beach neighborhood of Warwick. One thing that stood out was the house did not smell like heavy and scents. I am a stage three cancer survivor so I live a nontoxic lifestyle. I liked how the bath towels and the bedding And the furniture did not smell like heavy chemicals/scents for me and my toddlers. The house was clean, beautiful and so cozy. My toddlers had a blast, and it was hard for everyone to leave. 10/10. I’ve traveled the world and I’ve stayed at many Airbnb‘s I loved this house :)

We had an absolute blast on our girls getaway weekend!! The cottage and community were amazing, exactly what we were hoping for and Doug couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He was always available by text or phone. The cottage was clean, nicely equipped, and a great location!! We will definitely be renting this cottage again on our next trip!!! Thanks for having us... we loved every minute!! 🧙🧙🧙

This was a last minute booking for our family for a quick getaway. It’s a serene setting that gave us exactly the recharge that we needed. We very much appreciated the host’s flexibility and responsiveness.

quaint little cottage!!!! easy access to restaurants.. shopping... groceries.... responsive host with excellent communication!!! Great books and information about the area.. and surrounding areas!!!!

We had a wonderful quick last minute get away. Josh's place was perfect! It was clean and so comfortable! We hope to be back soon :)

Wonderful place to stay. Beautiful looking out over the pond (with ducks and geese) in the backyard. Would definitely stay there again!
