Avatud planeeringuga elamus on üks magamistuba ühe kaheinimesevoodi ja üheinimesevoodiga. Elutoas on lahtikäiv diivan. Ette teatamisel saab üles panna ka väikelaste reisivoodi. Hügeenitarbed ja rätikud on olemas. Suvisel perioodil on võimalik kasutada 33 m2 terassi. Kohapeal eraldi tasu eest on võimalik renita suvemaja, uut sauna, gtilli ja kümblustünni.

The Forest House sits in front of a private Lake Sanksaare in between 120-year-old pine trees. The house can be heated by a wood burning stove with a beautiful glass door to enjoy the flames. The Sauna has juniper ceiling giving an amazing aroma. Washing is done in the old-school method with a bowl of warm water and mug to shower oneself. There is plenty of dry firewood on the premise all included in the booking price. The lights lead to a romantic outdoor toilet cabin 15m from the house.

Adorable Saunahouse with Patio, near Lake Viljandi

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

Põltsamaa jõe ääres asuv ajalooline talukinnistu. Teie kasutuses on jõepoolne 75m2-ne privaatse sissepääsuga majaosa: elutuba, köök, 2 magamistuba, wc, duširuum, esik ja terrass. Talukinnistu suurel territooriumil on võimalik jalutada mööda jõeäärt ning argipäevade muredest lahti ühendada. Lisatasu eest on võimalik lõõgastuda jõe ääres asuvas led valgustuse ja mullidega kümblustünnis või puuküttega saunas, kust avaneb imeline vaade Põltsamaa jõele
