Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The house is set up to accommodate all ages, with little kids games, toys & entertainment. We have travel cribs, changing tables and bottles. There are video games, board games, cards and dominos for older kids. We also have solar powered yard lights, a fire pit and a play set in the backyard. Bring your pets, as long as they know how to behave - and you are willing to take responsibility for any damages!🐶

Wide-open Country Stay: 3 bedroom House on 2 acres

Wifi added! Relax with the family at this peaceful country retreat. Come and truly get away while you stay at this 2 acre country property. Relax and unwind while you rock on the porch, drink coffee and breathe in the fresh air, take a hike at Davey Dogwood Park, ride the train at Texas State Railroad, or go fishing at Richland Chambers Lake which is just a short drive away. Nestled in between Athens and Palestine this 3 bedroom, 1 bath house is pet friendly and designed to get the kids playing.

Adorable Red Roof Cottage nestled in treed acreage

A perfect waterfront getaway! This newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath cottage is located on a private cove, in a quiet neighborhood, on Cedar Creek lake. The large deck overlooks the water and is perfect for outdoor entertaining. With a half acre lot, enjoy the outdoors playing volleyball, corn hole and other activities (kayaks and bikes are available upon request). Gather around the fire-pit at night enjoy the stars. The interior is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need.

Shady Shores - Lakefront Fun, Huge Yard, Kid Safe!

Spend time on the lake in this adorable family friendly getaway. Relax on a half acre lot with the backyard fully fenced in to keep little ones safe. Enjoy kayaks, Foosball, cornhole, basketball, board games, toys, and playground. The fire pit is an evening favorite! The property is in a cove just off open water with direct lake access and boat slip. Our calm water cove is highly desirable to kayak, paddle board, fish and float! Life preservers, floating tubes, paddle board and kayaks provided.

Primary bedroom facing lake plus 2 guest bedrooms, fabulous well stocked kitchen with double oven and a large fenced yard. Excellent fishing year round from the dock and 3 kayaks available. Private HOA boat ramp close-by. Pets welcome with fee. One 1 hour from Dallas and a short drive to Canton Trade Days, food and entertainment.
