Cozy 3-Bedroom Home in Nice Charming Neighborhood

Warm home vibes, fully furnished, in a nice quiet neighborhood. Near I-35 for easy access. Very close to downtown Ardmore, 10 min from Lake Murray, and about 20 min from Turner Falls or WinStar World Casino! Family and pet friendly with plenty of room to run around in the backyard. The long driveway can fit multiple vehicles with ease. Featured amenities also include a kitchen, washer, dryer, dedicated workspace, bathtub with jets & more. Please read house rules. Bow Hunting Paradise/Forest Retreat-Arbuckle Lake

Enjoy the beautiful forest view from the large deck & living room. A gas grill, fire pit, dry sauna, Wi-Fi, and TV (including Netflix) are also available. The house borders the Chickasaw National Recreation Area (CNRA), which allows bow hunting (behind my house) & gun (2 miles north). Boat docks & swimming areas are nearby at Arbuckle Lake. You will be a short drive from local attractions (CNRA, Turner Falls, Arbuckle Wilderness, Chickasaw Cultural Center, Artesian Casino, & Spa) and much more!

Rustic Ranch Cabin

Quiet cabin that is close to Lake Murray, Lake Texoma, the Arbuckle Wilderness Area and Turner Falls with ATV and Jeep trails at Crossbar Ranch in Davis plus lots of attractions in Sulphur. Numerous Casinos and gaming attractions - just a great place to explore. It is 9 miles to Madill and 13 to Ardmore, both of which have grocery stores and WalMarts although most of the restaurants are to be found in Ardmore. Stop on the way in and pick up your provisions, there is a full size fridge/freezer.

The wandering house

Settled in a brand new neighborhood. Large fenced back yard with a screened in back porch that includes a reclining sofa and a tv. Ethernet ports in every room. 4k streaming wifi. The game room has a reclining love seat with two 55 inch TVs along with every game.775 books spread around the living room. Beds incline . Master bed is a king sleep number . Living room has sectional with recliners and a chaise that can sleep 3. There’s also a spare 4 inch mattress topper perfect for kids to sleep.

Banks Valley Guest Ranch - 1 Bed/1Ba Guest house

Guest Cabin on top of a hill overlooking our working cattle ranch. The cabin is updated and clean and fully stocked with everything you need to spend one night or a whole month. The completely private space includes cable and internet as well as a washer and dryer. The 600 acre ranch has fishing ponds and hiking trails which our guests are welcome to enjoy. There are no events or parties allowed in the guest cabin. You are welcome to host your family for a BBQ or meal if they are local.
