Our peaceful retreat has direct access from our dock to the lake and all it has to offer including boating, swimming, fishing or kayaking in our tranquil cove. Our home is a spacious two-level oasis for your family gathering. There are two levels of living space, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two full kitchens, pool table, a front breezeway with seating, and an expansive deck with dining options and gorgeous lake views. Pets limited to dogs only.

Luxury Waterfront 1BR Suite/Prime Location!!

Escape from your busy life for an incredible peaceful get-away. This luxury waterfront suite is the perfect place to relax, recharge and reconnect. Located in the private gated community of Cuscowilla. The on-site restaurant and amenities are NOT available to renters. We, however, are surrounded with wonderful things to do and see. There are many great restaurants within a couple of miles of our villa. We offer access to our private boat slip for bringing your own boat or renting a boat.

Gorgeous views from every room make this spectacular home the perfect choice for your Lake Oconee getaway! It is super convenient to everything in town and located in Cuscowilla Country Club, a gated community. The home features a great space to prepare a wonderful meal or cook outside on the Traeger Grill. A max dock is perfect for using our 2 kayaks, walk in swimming access, fishing, dog park, community garden and miles of walking & biking trails. You can dock your boat with us!

Fully stocked kitchen and all of the supplies you need! 1200 sq ft of space; 2 Queen BR’s, 2 sitting areas, pullout couch, 2 couches, leather recliner, 2 decks, grill, fire pit, kayak, floats, swimmable cove and tree swing! Fast Wifi. SmartTV. Private woods and dock to explore! Great land and lake location. Fantastic view! Swim out “beach” on a clean cove. Marina around corner. Quiet lakefront property, private, but minutes to everything!

The whole house has tongue & groove wood ceilings and walls that provide a calming, peaceful vibe. Amazing sunrises/sunsets/lake views from large windows throughout home.
