Fish's Yurt - Romantic Luxury Escape

This traditional four season Mongolian Yurt features it’s own bathroom, kitchen, living area and queen size bed. It is heated with a thermostatically controlled fireplace. We are located four hours north of Toronto in one of the most beautiful areas of Ontario, Almaguin Highlands between Killarney Provincial Park, Grundy Provincial Park, Restoule Provincial Park and Algonquin Provincial Park. Fish's Yurt is located on Seagull Lake, a short 10 minute stroll down a private trail to the lake.

Over 300 acres of privately owned land by the host plus over 700 acres of attached public crown lots accessible through private holdings, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts/nature lovers, as a launch pad into Algonquin Park, or as a quite retreat into the forest. Winter Activities and Uses Include: snowmobiling, ice fishing at a large selection of local lakes, snow shoeing etc.

We are situated across from The Magnetawan river- great for fishing, and just 5 minutes from the public beach, boat launch and dock. An off-grid solar-powered eco-friendly cabin on 91 acres of land 4 hours of Toronto with 8 km of private trails with forested areas, open clearings, beaver pond and an abundance of wildlife including beavers, various species of birds, deer, moose and so much more. The cabin is adjacent to crown land and hiking, biking and snowmobile trails with nearby lakes. The property is 1.5 hours from the Killarney trails.
