El apartamento de Mariella es muy cómodo, completamente equipado, con buenos acabados y el mobiliario muy bonito. Todo lo que se ofrece se encuentra en muy buen estado, no tuvimos problemas con el internet ni aires acondicionados. El edificio y las áreas comunes bien cuidadas y limpias, buena atención del personal de seguridad. La vista a la playa desde el apartamento es muy bella. Me encantó que tiene acceso directo a la playa y en una zona limpia y bastante solitaria. Totalmente satisfechos con el lugar y la atención de Mariella..

Disfrute la estadía con mi esposa, el apartamento me parece de primer nivel con todo lo necesario para una pareja, me impresionó la calidad de la limpieza y todo bien organizado, definitivamente está en mi top 3 de san jun del sur

Claudia's La Talanguera apartment is perfect for short and long stays, specially for small groups. It has everything you need to make it your temporary home. Also, it's location is great. SJDS town and surrounding beaches are right there. She also is very friendly and responsive, and so are the people who work with her :)

I encountered some last minute changes on the guests list, talked to Krystian about it, and he was comprehensive and helpful.

Sécurité, propreté, gentillesse et surtout communication avec Carlos est vraiment bien. Un hôte attentionné et très réactif au messages. Je recommence fortement cette endroit. Hors sujet , l’emplacement est environs à 30 minutes d’endroits festives donc prévoir un auto, ou quelques dollars en taxi…

This place is heaven! The house is beautiful and the patio is incredible. On the beach with a patio offering bbq, hamac, direct access to pool and access to the beach. They even had a kids table and toys. Master bedroom is just Wow, with view to the ocean. Kids loved the bunk beds. Hot water and a/c. Close town, we would definitely come back!

Mi familia y yo disfrutamos de unos días de descanso y paz. Agradecemos mucho las atenciones a todos los detalles. Brígida y el personal de la villa fueron muy atentos a nuestras consultas y solicitudes. Definitivamente volveremos. Gracias !

Great house for large family or groups. Nice ocean view ( not of playa Redonda) but other bay next door. I love the restaurant in Aqua Resort its a huge plus!! Make sure generator is working because of random power outages !!

Jessica was super responsive! like 10m from the best beaches in the zone!

5 STARS all the way around for Miki’s house. She was amazing to work with, her house was so cool and super close to the beach. We loved the vibe, the plants, the pool, everything was spot on!

Un alojamiento bonito y cómodo a unos 20 min en auto de los principales atractivos de Managua y fácil de salir a las atracciones más alejadas, ubicado en un barrio tranquilo y muy seguro (al menos así lo sentimos), lo único es el estrés de pensar en el consumo diario de la electricidad que en lo personal me hizo sentir un poco abrumado, sin embargo al final salimos bien utilizando solo por las noches el aire acondicionado de 1 habitación únicamente, no me imagino usando los 4 AC que existen en alojamiento.

Gracias Carlos y Ana por su disponibilidad para ayudarnos a estar cómodos, siempre contestaron y fueron muy prontos en lo que necesitamos, la casa está genial para pasar una bonita estancia , lo único si van personas mayores no hay habitaciones en la plata baja.

El apartamento es bastante cómodo y todo está en buen estado. La ubicación es perfecta si queres estar un poco alejado del ruido del pueblo y se siente seguro. Las áreas comunes y área de piscina también están bien cuidadas. Mario es un buen host, estuvo pendiente y nos dio todas las indicaciones de la casa. Son duda, me volvería a hospedar.

This apartment was absolutely amazing, it's looks even better in real life than on photos. Flat is big and cozy, beds are comfortable, water pressure in shower was also great. Wifi worked well. Living room and master bedroom are facing the road, which is loud if you have open windows. With windows closed no problems at all, didn't disturb our sleep. Pool outside is small (more like for cooling than for actual swimming). The condo area is clean and well maintained, also parking available. The only problem we had were the ants - they were consistently appearing in the living room, despite using Raid and cleaning up the dishes once used. I know it's pretty common in warm countries, so wasn't a big deal. But I hope host will find a solution for that (note: the apartment was very clean, so it's not about dirt). Benjamin is very friendly and helpful host. I would definitely stay here again!

Janet is super proactive and communicative. Everything in the space is labeled down to the hand soap to make everything idiot proof. I paid similar prices all over San Juan del sur for a week weeks at multiple places and Janet’s condo had by far the most comfortable bed. The front desk staff is also super friendly.

We loved this location. Everyone was welcoming and accommodating. They cleaned the condo every couple days and made sure we had fresh towels on our 2 week stay. This spot is a little more expensive than most others, but the location is hard to beat. Walking distance to club house, playa colorado and restaurants

Très bel emplacement et literie confortable dans la chambre principale. Les matelas de la deuxième chambres pourraient être changés. Tout le reste est très bien. Nous reviendrons.

Excelente ubicación, ideal para visitar otras playas en la zona. El lugar es nuevo, con una piscina muy agradable. Las vistas son muy buenas hacia la bahía y hacia las montañas.

This location is perfect if you want to be close to town and right on the main beach strip of San Juan Del Sur. The decor is fabulous and the suite was well equipped with kitchen utensils as well as a good supply of towels for the bathroom and the beach. Nolan was easy to deal with and kindly accomodated some changes we required.
