This 3 bedroom lakefront cottage sits on a point with 180 degree panoramic views. Vaulted rustic pine ceilings showcase the wall to wall windows for a view that will take your breath away. You can watch the sunrise AND sunset from the living room or 600 sq ft deck. There is a hot tub, 2 kayaks, shuffle board & private dock.

This home is a modest and cozy 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home on almost an acre lot with BIG water views. The home is 2400 s.f. and has a very large family room and open kitchen perfect for hosting bigger groups. King bed in master with add'l pull out couch. Queen in bedroom 2 and bunk beds with trundle in room 3. Wifi. 75" TV and Laundry.

10 Mile View on Lake Murray w/ Dock and Ramp

Enjoy our Waterfront getaway on Lake Murray. It includes a private boat ramp, private dock, and over 600 sq ft deck across the entire lake front of the home. The front yard is large and perfect for cornhole, frisbee, and other activities. This cove is known for excellent kayaking, fishing, boating, and watersports. We have included 2 Kayaks and we work directly with a pontoon rental company if you would like a boat delivered. The .4 acre lot has plenty of parking for all guests.

Location, location, location! 10 minutes to Lexington, 15 minutes to Chapin, 15 minutes to downtown Columbia, 8 minutes to Harbison shopping. Boat parking at the dock. No need to pay high docking fees. Gorgeous sunsets, calm cove. Swim in the lake or relax by the pool. The massive deck is great for family fun or unforgettable events with your friends. Close to Liberty’s /Lake Murray marina on the lake, and Cat Fish Johnnys/rusty anchor marina. Not your typical Lake Murray Airbnb!
